Hourly Rate
This is a service that works around the clock and is time-based. We can follow a list or we can take initiative. The minimum time required is two hours. We prefer detail to rushing and will generally prioritize it.

Flat Rate
Fixed price service that covers all aspects of cleaning your home. We will follow the detailed checklist and finish only when all is done. We also offer one-off services such as End Of Lease Cleans.

Our hourly rate service does not include a set price. Instead, it is time-based and includes a variety of services. We are flexible and will do everything possible to clean your house in the given time. You can choose to have specific areas of your home cleaned by our hourly service. Please be aware that our cleaners will not rush to clean your home and will spend quality over quanity

Our Immaculate Policy
Flat rate cleanings are results-based. They are not limited by time, unlike hourly rates. We will continue to work down the list of tasks that correspond to the service you have booked, plus any additional services you’ve chosen, until everything is cleaned up to our (immaculate!) standards.
To help cleaning crews plan their days, we give estimates on how long the job will take. These guidelines are only guidelines. We let your team work faster if they can.
Our Fair Go policy is in effect if our estimates are incorrect. Extra charges may be applied if we take longer than the estimated time to clean your place. Before proceeding, we will always contact you to confirm any additional charges.
